नंद नगरी E-2 ब्लॉक में फुटपाथ पर चल रहा अवैध कार वॉश सेंटर आम लोगों के लिए गंभीर परेशानी बन चुका है। 🔴 लोगों की समस्याएं: • पैदल चलने वालों पर गंदा पानी उछलता है, कपड़े खराब होते हैं • फुटपाथ पर अवैध कार वॉशिंग सेंटर बना रखा है, जिससे सड़क पर चलने में परेशानी होती है • पानी की भारी बर्बादी और गंदगी • दबंग प्रवृत्ति के लोग खुलेआम यह काम चला रहे हैं ⚖️ कानूनों का उल्लंघन: • DMC Act — अवैध अतिक्रमण • IPC धारा 268/283 — Public Nuisance व रास्ता बाधित • Water Act 1974 — प्रदूषण मैं X पर कई बार शिकायत कर चुका हूं, फिर भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं — क्या प्रशासन इन दबंगों के सामने बेबस है? 👉 तत्काल कार्रवाई हो: ✔️ अवैध कार वॉश तुरंत बंद कराया जाए ✔️ फुटपाथ खाली कराया जाए ✔️ जिम्मेदार लोगों पर सख्त कार्रवाई हो @MCD_Delhi @DelhiPolice @dtptraffic @DelhiJalBoard @DPCC_pollution @DC_NorthEast @NandNagriPS
