I spoke with two GP practices in Sheffield for this but it could have been anywhere and the message would have been the same. I speak to many GPs every week all over the country and this is the reality. V sick patients, demand through the roof, 12h days, exhausted staff.

@sambinding I'll def message you nearer the time - hopefully some more inspiring conditions will restore both our mojo! Regardless of social media, still want to get out and get some images...

@drjonrees The problem I’ve got is I’ve gone a few days, then a week, and then months without posting anything… I’m now really not bothered at all! Most of the issue is just not being able to get out, too many other things - hopefully soon. I’d love to waterfall hunt too!
