I testified in support of my bill to conduct a feasibility study for the Western Dakota Regional Water project in West River. It’s hard to overstate the importance of water and I’m proud to support this important step forward.

@RepDustyJohnson This is a Republican shutdown that can be solved if Republicans include two reasonable and popular pieces - ban masks for ICE agents and ban warrantless searches.

Shutdowns are always stupid. Republicans have a straightforward plan to reopen DHS. Members of Congress shouldn’t get paid during a shutdown – I’m not receiving my paycheck – but government employees should. I’m leading legislation that would do both.
