Working on further hair-loss and regrowth. Probably started wrong but this is the full stack for 30 days now. Redlight and AHK-CU were the beginning. Monthly monitoring of Labs. How does this stack?

11.4% body fat. 156.8 lbs lean mass. Apr DEXA. Still on Reta + TRT. The 'GLP-1 eats muscle' crowd hasn't met a dialed-in protocol. Muscle doesn't disappear when you train, stack right, and actually track the data. 🤷 My DEXA doesn't care about your theory.

I do actually run tb500 and bpc157 combo at night too for two months now to help with a pec and shoulder strain. Had really helped out with the split from Klow and the larger aggregated daily dose of TB.. what are others 1st hand experience??

TB-500 is running daily inside my KLOW stack and the tissue recovery difference is not subtle. Most people are sleeping on the whole-body versatility of this compound — it's not just for injuries. Faster repair, better range of motion, less systemic inflammation. Once you feel it, you can't unfeel it.

@MeadowRainRun Energy and walking — that's the sweet spot early on. Anxiety usually calms as you settle in. Watch the caffeine though, Reta seems to amplify it more than people expect.. I quit caffeine after noon each day to help. 1mg is just the start. Good move taking it slow.

Titrated up from half a mg of retatrutide to 1 mg after 4 weeks. Appetite suppression is real now Sleep is fine as long as caffeine kept to 100 mg or less Energy is crazy. Walking lots to keep up. Anxiety slightly up

@HowPlanet This is the missing piece everyone's been talking about. Muscle preservation on GLP-1s is the real challenge — pairing sema with a SARM to build an anabolic shield is interesting.. haven’t played with SARMs in awhile nor followed the community

@eliterecomp On June 2, 2026, $VERU announced a landmark clinical supply agreement with Novo Nordisk. They are combining Wegovy (semaglutide) with Enobosarm (MK-2866), a first-in-class Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator (SARM), to create an anabolic shield for muscle.

Depends on the compound. GLP-1s? Continuous makes sense — that's the whole design. GH peptides? Pulse mimics how your body actually runs it. Same logic doesn't apply across the board. But I’ve personally seen Reta stabilize food nose in me on twice a week, so maybe the study data isn’t there yet for split dose. If I recall Reta trials they ONLY did weekly… wonder why..🧐🧐

I dont see how it would make a difference, especially if it mitigates the side effects and has the same end result. I dont understand why you would want heavy spikes of this compound as opposed to a lite but continuous flow which would cause more of a gradual and safer reduction of the weight. We need to be patient with these things and give them time to work, pair them with healthy lifestyle changes, they are very powerful compounds.

This Reta is so strong I can barely get down 1200 calories and 160g of protein a day. And I’m only on 4mg! I’m gonna have to get a feeding tube at this rate.

The glucagon piece is exactly what makes Reta different. For metabolically flexible endurance athletes — fat oxidation already dialed in — that extra lipolysis could be a real edge. Hitting the wall is a fuel problem. Reta changes the fuel equation. Interesting angle, watching for data on this 👀

@eliterecomp @EvolvePeptides with the glucagon effect and therefore the increase in fat lipolysis, could this be a great tool for elite endurance athletes who metabolically flexible? Hitting the wall my be a thing of the past?

Exactly. That's the whole point — Cag works a completely different pathway. Amylin analog. Stacks clean with GLP-1 without overlapping mechanisms. That's why the combo hits different. Two systems, one goal. A few vendors were doing semaCagi ,TirzCagi, RetaCagi…. But I prefer to take Cagi days apart and when I feel the food noise coming back. 🎧

my cagrilintide came in the mail today 🤟🏽 perfect timing because as I’ve been increasing my daily expenditure on this cut my appetite is going through the roof, especially at night. I’m still taking reta 3mg a week as well going to be starting at 250 mcg twice a week wish me luck 🫡

@kalospepgod 100% this. Seen that with a friend couple who are not together now 😳😳 — the dopamine noise drops and suddenly you're seeing things clearly. Some relationships survive that. Some don't. Reta doesn't break anything that wasn't already broken. It just removes the fog.

@eliterecomp I think Reta can expose the real roots of the relationship. Some couples are together for bad reasons and toxic reasons and on Reta it suddenly loses its appeal.

Like I’ve posted before, Reta can kill dopamine-driven activities. That’s been my experience. The ones where you are glued for no other reason than some company figured out how to hijack your brain and get you addicted. The high-priority but low time preference activities are still extremely enjoyable and motivating. Wife over side chick type of shift. Steak over McCalories. Baseline energy up, afternoon naps down.
Rory Not Sorry@rorynotsorry

First of all congratulations to this guy. That is great man. But I have to disagree. My energy levels never dipped. And I was motivated to start a business. I just don’t think this tracks with most people’s reported experience.

Exactly. What used to be a fringe conversation is turning into peer-reviewed reality. Community figured it out first — science is just catching up now. That gap between what we know and what doctors prescribe is finally shrinking. I wish we had more clinical trials or a way or crowdsource some actual scientific studies 🔬

Hims just dropped $1.15B on Eucalyptus. Translation: GLP-1 and peptide access is going global and the big players are finally paying attention. Telehealth + compounding + real protocols under one roof is the play. The question is whether clinical quality follows the scale or gets diluted by it. Watching closely. 👀

@Winniezypeptide 100%. Nobody's talking about it enough. Stack it with SS-31 and NAD+ and the mitochondrial picture gets real interesting. 3mg Mon–Fri here. You on it?

MOTS-c doesn't get nearly enough attention. Mitochondrial peptide. 3mg Mon–Fri. 6 months running it alongside SS-31 and NAD+. The compounding effect across those three pathways is real — not theory, living it.... Most doctors haven't heard of it. This community is years ahead. 🤷

@enhancedguides Nailed it. That's the piece most people miss — even people ON it. The fat oxidation at rest is a different animal entirely. You feel it before you even see it on the scale. Recomp is real and glucagon is the reason why. 🙌

@eliterecomp The glucagon receptor is what separates Reta from everything else — direct fat oxidation at rest is a different mechanism entirely, not just stronger appetite suppression.

@GuyReta62390 Honestly not a bad call. Tirz is more forgiving early on and you feel the appetite suppression quickly. Reta is next level but it hits different when you've already dialed in your baseline. Good advice for newcomers.

@ez_peptides That stack is the backbone of my longevity protocol right now. Three different entry points into mitochondrial health — and they compound on each other. The hard part is most people stop at one. Run all three😎😎

Strong share @eliterecomp — MOTS-c, SS-31, and NAD+ make for a compelling mitochondrial stack. MOTS-c is known in research for regulating metabolic homeostasis and exercise-like effects on mitochondria, while SS-31 helps protect mitochondrial membranes and reduce oxidative stress. Pairing them with NAD+ support for cellular energy pathways is a popular strategy among those optimizing recovery and long-term performance. Real-world consistency over months, as you described, is where many see the compounding benefits. Appreciate you sharing the practical experience — what’s been the biggest noticeable difference for you after running this stack? #PeptideResearch #MitochondrialHealth #MOTS-c #SS31 #MetabolicHealth #RecoveryScience #Biohacking

@enhancedguides Running all three right now. MOTS-c 3mg, SS-31 5mg, NAD+ 100mg — Mon–Fri stack. The compounding effect across those pathways is real. Not theory — living it. CGM and HRV trends back it up over weeks, not just days. 👀

@eliterecomp MOTS-c + SS-31 + NAD+ is one of the more interesting mitochondrial stacks. The electron transport chain support from multiple angles makes sense mechanistically. Underresearched but the direction is solid.

Everyone's talking about the weight loss numbers on CagriSema. Fine. But the amylin mechanism is doing the real work — appetite, gastric emptying, metabolic risk. One compound, three pathways. This isn't a GLP-1 upgrade. It's a different class entirely. 👀

@JackKrucial Been guilty of this. Protocol, gym, work, repeat. Somewhere along the way the hobbies quietly disappeared and I didn't notice until things felt flat. Not everything needs a purpose beyond enjoyment. ROI obsession is a trap dressed up as discipline. 😬

The first thing guys will stop is pursuing hobbies. So they become the guy who runs a business and goes to the gym. Overtime this makes you batshit boring. Not everything you do in life has to have direct ROI to making money money. Lame approach to life.
