@RealMamaEagle May be wrong but still don't think it gets banned. Was 16-16 in March. 8 votes is a lot to flip. Seems like league is trying to push narrative of inevitability that it will bannned so some owners will vote to ban just to be on victors' side.

The #Eagles met with Arizona State CB Keith Abney II via Zoom, per source. The projected 2nd round pick finished with 12 PBU, 2 INT, and 2 FF in 2025 for the Sun Devils. Philly could still bring him in for a 30 visit, and Howie is continuing to monitor cornerbacks despite signing Riq Woolen.

As we mentioned in the story: Michigan LB Ernest Hausmann’s first contact with NFL teams will happen tonight. He’s having dinner with the @Eagles, and then will be in a whiteboard session with the @Patriots with fellow Wolverine LB Jimmy Rolder.

"If this even helps one person, I’ll be happy with this all.” The incredible, unbelievable, heart-wrenching story of the disappearance of a Michigan linebacker, and Ernest Hausmann's journey to find himself, and his way back into the 2026 draft class. si.com/nfl/ernest-hau…

If you were the Eagles GM would you trade picks 23 and 98 to the Jaguars for pick 56, 165, and Travon Walker?

It looks like Eagles midlands area scout Duke Tobin Jr. was at North Dakota State’s pro day earlier today. Tobin was likely taking a closer look at QB Cole Payton and WR Bryce Lance. 👀 (🎥: @WallingMedia)

Definitely NOT Fred Warner.
Doug Rush@TheDougRush

The Giants reportedly tried to trade for a veteran linebacker during the early start of free agency. From @JordanRaanan on his Breaking Blue podcast: "The Giants definitely did try to trade for a linebacker, I heard. And the story I heard was that said linebacker didn’t really want to go, and the trade kind of broke apart. It’s a guy that’s getting towards the end of his career, and it just didn’t work out." While the identity of the player wasn’t revealed, given the trade rumors that were circulating on social media around the time of the start of free agency, the veteran linebacker sure sounds like it was 49ers linebacker Fred Warner. Warner, who is considered one of the best middle linebackers in the sport, is 29 years old and coming off a season-ending ankle injury. The Giants ended up signing Tremaine Edmunds to a 3-year deal; Edmunds was initially put on the trade block by the Bears before he was released. The Giants are also thought of to potentially draft a linebacker early on in the 2026 NFL Draft; Ohio State’s Sonny Styles has been frequently mentioned for the Giants in mock drafts.

@Getatmedawg215 @PAPAxC4 I'm not going to sugarcoat that AJ not being on team won't be impactful but I think the extra cap room for FA acquisitions and trades(for which 27 picks received from AJ trade can be used) are more likely to help team in 26 than 2026 draft picks would.

Trading AJ Brown for 2027 picks would be a Jalen Reagor like Howie move. If the bridge is burned behind the scenes at least the 1st rounder being 2026 you had a chance to replace AJ with a 1st round calibre WR. I don’t see how you trade AJ without having a WR1b in place first
