@jackythirdy @Thirdmainlom The judge is using acting points n contractor status to dismiss the case. Those are technical points. He is not saying the claim is invalid as facts. He is saying the claim is not suitable for that statute. N how can he assume that if the lawyer is not feeding him counterpoints?

To those of you claiming the claims were dismissed due to technicalities. The judge literally considered each claim and found either insufficient evidence or no wrongdoing on Justin Baldoni’s part. Stop parroting Blake Lively’s PR spin!
