I left my car - a coupe with a full tank - with him when I traveled to see my parents for a week after getting leave from work. The girl’s boyfriend found out he had slept with her. The girl confessed. The boyfriend tracked him down and beat him blue, black, and orange. That was the moment I realized the full picture: My car, my fuel, my trust were all used to run errands for another man’s girlfriend. That was the end of the relationship for me.
