Hello, @UAEICP Greetings of the day. I really need your help with this matter. I've been struggling with this issue since **January**, and it's now been **6 months** without any resolution. A few details about my case: * My mother came to Dubai, and we wanted to apply for her residence visa. * As I was new to Dubai, I wasn't aware of the different visa categories. * The agent applied for a **Partner Visa** instead of a residence visa. * Since January, we've been trying to cancel the visa, but we can't because we have no details of the company partners or owners. * The overstay fine has now reached **AED 6,300** and continues to increase every day. Over the past six months, my 52-year-old mother and I have visited numerous departments, including: * Al Aweer Centre * Multiple Amer Centres * Immigration (Al Jafiliya) * Airport Amer Centre * Dubai Courts * Dubai Police * Dubai Criminal Court * Department of Economy & Tourism Every office sends us to another department, but no one has been able to solve our problem. We are mentally, emotionally, and financially exhausted. We have genuinely tried everything we were told to do, but we still have no solution. I sincerely request your guidance and support. Please help us resolve this matter.
