A few years ago, @BMTC_BENGALURU launched an experimental feeder bus within HSR Layout backed by @DULTBangalore. Citizens asked for it and rallied to promote it, convincing neighbors to use the bus; the ridership kept growing and the pilot is now a regular bus service. @BMTC_BENGALURU even got a national award for this unique route. That same community spirit is now powering MF22E/EA routes, bringing buses to Haraluru Road and Sarjapur Road areas, connecting to @OfficialBMRCL & ORR. Kudos to @SaveSarjapur, @kdevforum, @lalli_bv, @FriendsofBMTC and @sahana_srik for your tireless efforts shifting commuters from personal vehicles to public transport!

Keen to do a podcast with someone who is a Dubai real estate specialist. The one who skips the BS and gives a true pulse. Any suggestions?

Thanks to @BMTC_BENGALURU A brand new metro feeder bus MF22E thats more than a metro feeder, just arrived in an area starved for buses. Citizens have been demanding for bus services in the area for quite some time. Please share with your friends on Haraluru Road and Sarjapura Road and HSR . This feeder has potential to reduce congestion and pollution and make it easier for commuters to switch from car to public transport. There is a buzzing user group on WhatsApp with 600+ members for this bus as well if you want to join! @lalli_bv @meerak @FriendsofBMTC @SaveSarjapur @blrcitytraffic @Jointcptraffic @RLR_BTM

If external demand is so strong (and continues to be), why would China focus on anything else? Because exports can be like a trap disguised as a tailwind. The record surplus invites tariffs, retaliation, and the weaponisation that isolates #China globally. So Beijing builds infrastructure anyway—it can always issue more central bonds—and the rhetoric about domestic demand isn't empty. It's insurance against the day the export window closes.

So it begins. Indian oil tanker was allowed to cross the Strait of Hormuz after paying for the oil in Chinese yuan.

The issue is not whether it is digital. Instead, there are two other tripping points with the way our TDR scheme is designed. (a) There isn't much demand for it, since anyone can build anything already in the city without much enforcement. Also, if there really is a market for TDR, why doesn't the government itself buy it and resell it instead of expecting individual property owners to do that - they're not experts in realty. (b) It ends up over-burdening areas beyond their planned carrying capacity. The FSI for a property indicates how much can be built on it without stressing public infrastructure and services. With TDR, if one can exceed that limit, what happens to the plan? It's like saying that three families can live in a single-family home that has one parking spot. That's how we got to this mess in the first place.
