@Macys All I wanted was the beginning account # prior to the last 4 digits so I could add to my bill pay. I am the account holder. If you're not going to print the account # on the bill, I should be able to request the # for payment if my card isn't on me at time of payment.

Just called @Macys to pay my bill by tomorrow due date on Easter and wanted to know my full account # bc it only lists last 4 digits on statement. @macys will not provide my account # to me even though they asked me for all my private info. I just need acct # to pay my bill bc I don't have my card handy. I ordered online w/o it but I can't pay. This fucking store has the worst customer service.

@Macys Been with Macy for years never a late payment. Had a emergency and forgot I was a day late. Now I got 150 dollars in late charges. I call Macy's they said they would drop the fees never happen. Love your company. But I may have to close the account after years.
