@united Thanks. I guess the week I had checked there were a number departures from Terminal A. For future reference, can I check bags at Terminal A, or just Terminal C & E?

@MikeKilroy11 Hi, Mike. Thanks for flying with us. While gates can change, UA2119 usually departs from Terminal C, but we have bag drops in Terminals C & E.

Hey @United. We are on flight 2119 out of EWR on Thursday 2/19 morning. Looks like this flight normal departs from Terminal A. Are we able to check bags at Terminal A or do we have to check bags at Terminal C?

Hey @united Does Premium Plus seating also include Premier Access? The web page that lists PP benefits says it does, but the web page for Premier Access benefits does not specifically include PP (under “Who gets Premier Access”)

Hey @Nike My warranty claim 120755024 was approved around 3/4/25, but I still have not received any refund via USPS or email. Your voice response system said I should receive it in the mail 7-10 days after approval. Can you tell me when I should expect it?
