@Macys your store at FairOaks Mall in Fairfax county VA sucks. I went there today to buy mattress, stayed for 45 minutes not a single person asked for my business. When I asked at customer service if anyone was available, they said go check in the back. Go Bankrupt! FU. 6:30pm

Hey @Macys I am still beyond frustrated with your lack of customer service that I have to call you out. My wife passed away in September of 2024. I monitor her email as the executor of her estate. No word of a lie I have hit unsubscribe over 1,000 times since then. The best part about your ghoulish behavior is is that every time I just hit delete on the email, I instantly get the same email back one second later! Tonight a total of five times after I deleted the email. Clearly you have serious internal problems with your customer service. If you would like to hire me to replace whoever the hell is running your customer service, I will gladly help you and stop your madness. Bare Minerals took 6 months you guys are at a year and a half and running. Keep it up I used to love your store you guys can't suck enough and I hope you go out ofbusiness. In fact I will give you her email it is ddavitt@ myfairpoint.net my guess is you still won't fix the problem and I am going to get a million emails moving forward. @Macys i have been a macys shopper even worked there for almost 10 years...the shopping experience that i just had today was horrific. The mens shoe dept had not one employee on the floor to help customers i had to wait in a line just to find out you didnt have the size.
