@MetaQuestHelp Update: I provided screenshots of every software item I purchased, including Quest 2 hardware, serial number, etc. The alarming official response: we are looking into this and will provide “options” for you. Really?!? Why can’t they say, we messed up but will make it right again

@MetaQuestHelp Other than proactively visiting twitter, I have yet to receive any acknowledgement, alert, or support from oculus regarding this very widespread outage. My ticket #4526977. A simple email sent during the outage warning not to create a duped account would have sufficed nicely.

While the majority of account issues are now resolved, some users created or linked different accounts while their original one was unavailable and may still be having issues. We're working on a solution and we’ll be contacting those users to advise them on how to move forward.
