Tesla completely nuked the user experience in Austin by making the service public without scaling the fleet proportionally. Not sure what the game plan was here

I can only speak about the Raleigh, NC delivery center. Taking delivery of a vehicle there on Glenwood Ave is mediocre. I have taken delivery 3 times there and each time they just hand me a key card, set up my phone, and point me to the outside lot and tell me where it is. Meanwhile, I see people with a nicely cleaned Tesla that is inside and wrapped in a bow at other facilities. Last time with my Cybertruck, it did not even have the right name on the little congrats card and the vehicle could have used a wash. Service takes a rather long time. For example, I currently need to bring my CT in and it is a 6 week wait. The people that work there are excellent! Very friendly.

Are you kidding me? The new @tesla Model Y has a setting where the ambient lighting synchronizes with the music you’re playing. It also synchronizes the color to the color of the album. So very cool! Who knows this song?😉 @teslaeurope @elonmusk
