This is what a city should look like.

One thing I’ll never understand is why so many countries feel entitled to dictate another nation’s historical memory. Ukraine is free to honor, rebury, commemorate or debate figures from its own history. It’s not Poland’s history. It’s not Israel’s history. It’s Ukraine’s. Nobody is asking outsiders to like those people or agree with those decisions. And expecting Ukrainians to outsource decisions about their national identity to foreign governments is absurd. And doing this while Ukraine is literally fighting a war is even more absurd.

🇩🇪🇵🇹 A German nationalist activist was just banned from leaving the country. His crime? Planning to attend a conference. Maximilian Märkl, spokesperson for the Identitäre Bewegung, was heading to Porto for the Remigration Summit 2026. Authorities claim his attendance could fuel the growth of European identitarianism… so they aren’t letting him go. When governments push unpopular policies like mass migration, they have two choices: 1. Change the policy. 2. Silence the people complaining the loudest. Most of Europe is choosing option two, and it’s an utter disgrace… Source: @europa, @max_maerkl, @RESUM26

I wouldn't be remotely surprised if some of the last defenders of Zelensky's regime are radicalized foreign fighters. In fact it would make quite a bit of logical sense, these would be ideological troops with no real connection to the actual land and people of Ukraine.
