Mixed messages @AvantiWestCoast are the trains running from Glasgow or not? Need to know if I should travel to Glasgow to a train or not?! Please advise

@AvantiWestCoast I was meant to be travelling on the 8am from Glasgow but it’s telling me it’s cancelled yet other trains have left Glasgow? Can you advise?

Caught a bus,lovely driver, comfy bus.However massively disappointed for the passengers who didn’t book tickets so couldn’t get on bus because the ‘system was down’.Seats available,passengers with money but computer says ‘NO’ Systems vs Humanity. Do better @ScotCitylink #values

Give up @EE your service today has been dire. On the phone for 55 mins to sort a problem that you created … then you send a no-reply email crediting 65pence…. Instead of the £20.65 you actually wrongly took 🤦🏼‍♀️ does anyone have a complaints email address I can use ???
