@1SallySm @SBarrettBar You could try watering it but if it's in constant shade, that's a problem and I think the buds are created the year before they bloom so whatever you try, may take at least a year or so before you can expect any results.

@phykell @SBarrettBar I suspect you hit the nail on the head - its about 12 years, under an oak tree which takes all the sun/water - never pruned it. It never even seems to form flowers.

Though only about 30 centimeters tall, it’s beautifully crafted in traditional Valencian style, complete with Spanish roof tiles, a small fountain, and even a tiny garden. Created by artist Alfonso Yuste Navarro, the piece also carries a meaningful dedication inspired by a local legend, honoring four cats said to have survived a time when felines were once persecuted in the area. Today, these small houses do more than decorate the streets. They reflect a community effort to care for animals, supported by volunteers and animal welfare groups who believe every cat deserves safety and dignity.
