For my foid oomfs: how do i be supportive of someone with an ed? I think im kinda terrible at it. I usually just end up showing her with compliments or giving some random anecdote. As a matter of fact, i kinda do this with everything. Maybe i should not talk about myself?

I'm finally home and I did it!!!!! I yapped for so long we ended up going to Saturday night mass xD but ohmigosh it was so amazing. I had such an incredible discussion with my priest. He even complimented me on my journey and how far I've come, said I've inspired other members of the parish. Never in my life would I have ever guess to hear those words from my priest mouth. I am so genuinely beyond blessed to have such a beautiful life and future with Christ on this earth. Without my hubban I never would have made it this far, and all the indescribable support and kindness's you all have and continue to show me. I'm so excited for Easter!!!!! Thank you guys so much!!! for your words of encouragement, and everything else in between!! I was genuinely so nervous I was sweating but the experience in the end was the best possible outcome, Im still getting weepy thinking about it.

@ClownWorld "Woke" = Aware of social issues. "Woke movie" = A movie that spreads social issue awareness. "Woke" isn't inherently a bad thing, but it has negative connotations because it's been shoved down our throats like propaganda and has ruined new and existing franchises.

@kangminlee @BenZeisloft Find a Salvation Army church, or a church based out of a homeless or prison ministry, or based out of someone's home. It's the only way to be truly like the early church, which was not at all like modern Orthodox or Catholic churches.

I am now seriously inquiring Catholicism, Orthodoxy, or High-Church Protestantism after this whole fiasco. Modern evangelicalism is compromised & detached from apostolic faith, swapped for subjective feel-good fluff instead of Scripture-rooted truth & historic Church tradition.
