I think you may be right. My wife and I grinded through our 20s & early 30s, she in med school/residency/fellowship & I in tech to the point where I was able to sell a company I co-founded & parlay into an amazing role. We already do the above at a small scale in our community, especially after our HHI 10x’ed in less than a year. Even at this level it feels like Monopoly money. I couldn’t imagine sitting on that much worth and just… letting it sit.

I really don’t understand true greed. If I was worth $1 trillion, you’d have to physically stop me from solving as many of the world’s problems as possible. Everyone would have a home, food on the table, proper healthcare, happiness. I just don’t get it.
