@Dyson she was very upset and disappointed. I called your CS team, where I was on hold for 1 hour (ridiculous) where I was eventually told the item was out of stock (annoyed). I’m disappointed I wasn’t advised & I’d like to request some sort of compensation for the inconvenience

@lastminute_com I’ve received an email from you advising me that my flight from Birmingham to Krakow on 09/05/20 has been cancelled. I’ve seen that your website says to request a refund with the airline direct @wizzair however they advise if you’ve booked via an agency to speak

@HMRCgovuk @GOVUK I’m quietly confident, judging by the email address it’s from & that I’ve never had a email about a tax refund from you before, that this isn’t legitimate? If it isn’t legit, are you able to do anything about the scumbag that are sending emails like this out?
