@Dyson took my machine for repair (which stopped working after the second use) now doesn’t know what it has done with it. Kept me waiting for the call to be picked up 30mins and then extremely rude representative. Online services equally as useless. Will be calling the police

When he demonstrates the vacuum, there's a point where it seems unreal. Like the brain struggles to accept what the eyes see that really is amazing technology.

Nightmare to contact @shoppersstop Juhu on their helpline number to get direct number to store just to find out their @dyson products for trial and buy. 24 to 48 hours before someone can actually call me to connect me to store or answer my query !!!! What a joke !!!

I’ve bought my last @Dyson hair dryer for my wife. The first one died after 2 weeks and were able to get refunded at Costco. But after a little more than a year, the second one died. $500 for hair dryer that’s total garbage. I’d think twice before you consider buying one.

@Dyson I trusted the “premium quality” promise, but my Airwrap attachment broke quickly and wasn’t covered by warranty. At this price, durability and support should be better. I expect Dyson to provide a solution and stand by customers when it’s not user error.
