We got early access to @Rippling's new AI tools. It quickly flagged that some of our team hadn't taken PTO in months so we nudged them to do so. Love seeing AI used to prevent burnout rather than just track productivity!

2/ I'll never build a report again. Rippling AI will quickly build any report or analysis instantly - including some far beyond what I could build on my own. But sometimes you just want to scribble something on a whiteboard, snap a picture, and tell rippling AI to build it:

Got my hands on the new @Rippling AI — it’s changing how our IT team operates.

Typed in: "I'm trying to plan an offsite for the team sometime in 2026. Suggest windows of times when the least amount of vacations are taken (based on historic data) and are spaced outside of national holidays and school holidays in the Bay Area." Got a bunch of windows, instantly, from live data.

App/web dev has completely changed.
Built an android app called "Baby Tracker" in 1-2 hours overall time to track my 5-days-old baby's feeding, urine, etc that shows insights from jaundice and weight tracking point of view. her mom loves it.
will open source it in coming weeks.

personal experience: Codex is the best IDE for AI-led coding right now!
i've created/harnessed 3 CLI, 2 web tools, and 3 self use family android apps, in less than 1 month.
earlier used claude code & cursor for over the year, but Codex is the best for new projects.

Loving Codex ❤️ so far beats my experience with both Cursor and Claude Code. Finding GPT-5.2-Codex better for larger projects from scratch. Web Development specifically is almost 100% dead at this point, it's effortless.

Coding is DEAD! Recently did two complicated proof-of-concepts while pairing with AI. Each took ~2 hours to finish, near production ready. If not AI, they were both atleast 1 week+ worth of work. @cursor_ai
