Funny thing when an LP calls you to ask: “Hey, there are some big funds going around telling LPs that small funds are going to die. What do you think?”
I ask them: “Just go look at large fund returns vs small fund returns, minus few funds that are truly elite. Or just call founders directly.”
Big funds: don’t do this. LPs give your names out, and you know your deal flow is coming from smaller preseed/seed funds.

Tariff Refund - Key Date 6-13-2026

The key deadline your company needs to be aware of to make sure you're eligible for tariff refunds is June 13, 2026. After that date you will not be able to file protests for entries filed on February 4th, when the first IEEPA tariffs were put in place. Once they exit that window (494 days after entry), the only recourse will be a lawsuit.

Today, the Department of War will execute Operation Windlord, the first C-17 airlift of a nuclear reactor, in partnership with the Department of Energy and Valar Atomics. Three C-17s Globemasters carrying the 8 modules of the Ward250 reactor will fly from March ARB to Hill AFB.
