Nothing wrong with optimizing sleep, training, nutrition, and body fat first, that's smart.
But if you're in your 40s with T sitting at 300, nothing natural is going to push it up more than ~100 points. That’s still suboptimal.
It’s age-related decline, not a failure of willpower.
Don’t be scared of TRT. Get your levels fixed properly and get your life back.
