@BRITAPRO hi can you let me know how ppm values tie in with your products - base 360ppm I get 255 for Maxtra+ but 266 for MaxtraPro - expecting a lower value as sounds like it filters more? Is that not the case and I should go back to the plus version / something else? Thanks
@EmmaBridgewater can you let me know when Order UK-2214795 made on the 25th will dispatch - orders seem to take much longer now, are you short staffed? - if so a note on ordering that orders take 5+ days to dispatch would be useful?
@NOW please can you come up with better advert rotations - getting sick of the same old adverts all the way through all the programmes again and again. It isn’t going to force me to buy the other subscription but leave. Please sort an easy ask.

@RoyalMail Delivery was scheduled today for a pickup and I've just got an email saying you couldn't pick it up as item wasn't available. Looking on my door camera I can see the postman came looked around the door and then left straightaway? No knock, no ring - nothing? How come?
@ArloSmartHome a while ago I complimented you on your logo. Your new house logo is not going to get compliments. Had to double check it wasn’t April fools. What is your thinking behind a very generic image that is totally forgettable?
@gigaclear roadworks this week down my cul de sac by you to install new pipes. Issue is there was no warning from you and works at weekends for non essential work - we already have fibre? Why not install fibre where people don’t have it?
