Sohos Home Premium. I tried to eject the old version, now I cannot get rid of it, to install the new.I have a failed ticket trying to deal with it, now I've been 5-6 seeks without protection, & waiting for it before installing a new computer

@SophosSupport You have a clients site listed as having malware, the site has been completely removed and new site installed with tons of security, how do we get you to review the site? We have an old URL but it does not work. secure2.sophos.com/en-us/support/… so I am asking for the current one.

@DanLewisFW Once you're inside the link I shared, you just have to fill in the tabs with (*) and share the details asked. In the comment, share the description of the site as well as the category you wish to move the website to. Those are the only requirements in order to submit. ^GS

@alssah Thank you for your response, Aside from totaly disabling the Tamper protection password to all of your devices in sophos central, there's no option to set or get one-time password for it, this is due to the security measures built-in to our sophos central and it's manage devices.

@SophosSupport, I'm locked out of Central Admin due to the UAE region outage. I need to disable Tamper Protection on my Windows Server for urgent changes, but I can't get the password. Community portal is also down for me. Any official workaround? Thanks.
