The bathroom of 12658 BLR MAS Mail is soiled. The train is yet to depart in 5 minutes and cleaning staff has not attended to this despite informing them.
Kindly look into this since we have ladies and children traveling here

@AshwiniVaishnaw Train no 06510 my PNR When I asked for badroll, the attendant told me that if you want to take this badroll then take it otherwise don't take it, I will not give you badroll, he is misbehaving with me.

@IRCTCofficial I’m travelling in Yeswantpur kannur express 16527 , A1 coach ,seat 52. Many people including me are not get bed roll even after 1 and half our. Not responding while dial to assistance number.
