Reform aren’t getting back to 30%, they’ve already peaked. The Greens have dropped from 21% to 15% on YouGov in less than two months. Knowing this country, we’ll probably end up back in the same old cycle of Conservative and Labour dominance in a few years’ time. We’re cooked.

@JamesCleverly I'm not a reform supporter, but they're not contradicting themselves here. You can say that lot's of the green belt doesn't need protecting as it's ugly and rundown whilst still protecting pretty areas of the country.

If the UK wants to be able to credibly defend its interests it will of course need to spend more than 2.3% GDP on defense.
That's a post Cold War 'peace dividend' level of defense spending.
