@stepango @MickeySteamboat Bottle necks were purposely invented so you don’t pour the entire contents out of a vessel very fast like an open top glass (cylinder).
Engineering uses it in rhetoric as a restriction, but why not just say “restriction” instead of a fluid mechanic characteristic.
English

@MickeySteamboat The original post supposed to sounds smth like - human in the loop is a bottleneck😁
English

@stepango This is about to accelerate so much, soon everything is a loop, and everything has feedback
English

@stepango What in the loop is humaning on here?
I offload my thinking to ai now so apologies for not understanding. My ai subscriptions declined 😂.
English

@stepango Human in the loop sounds way fancier than me, my bad decisions, and the algorithm egging me on.’

@Bulig1723 @MonsterEnergy I believe that @rus created $vine for the community and it's up to the Vine fam to realize it's potential
English

@stepango I disagree that we lost $Vine. @stepango, what do you think about this post from @MonsterEnergy? You're always there to support us, so it's interesting to hear your thoughts.

@kenshii_ai Do you have more concrete examples so team can look into it and fix🙏

Grok is becoming the most frustrating AI on the market.
I used to love using it, but Grok 4.3 feels like a completely different product. It gets trapped in obvious logical fallacies, doubles down when challenged, and poisons the rest of the conversation by treating bad assumptions as facts.
At the same time, the growing limitations and restrictions make the experience even worse. It feels like you're constantly running into walls instead of having a real conversation.
Mistakes aren't the problem. Every model makes them.
The problem is when a model refuses to admit it's wrong. An AI that can't course-correct stops being useful very quickly.
English

@ameatpopsicle @SawyerMerritt According to Google rack of GB200 consumes ~120KW
English

@SawyerMerritt Can I get an H- equivalent metric on how much compute this is? If it would fit in a whole slide of the pez dispenser we’d have 30 per launch times that compute number to equal total compute per launch.

SpaceX has just officially unveiled its AI1 satellite, the first generation of its AI satellite.
Overall Specs:
• 150 kW peak compute payload
• 120 kW average compute payload
• 70 kW per ton
• Compute provider interchangeable
Dimensions:
• Wingspan: 70 meters
• Deployed height: 20 meters
Thermal System:
• 110 m² deployable liquid radiator
• Redundant pumping loops
• Integrated micrometeoroid shielding
• Deployable liquid radiators
Solar Power System:
• 150 kW solar array
• 250 W/m²
• SpaceX-manufactured solar technology from Bastrop, Texas
Architecture:
• Centralized compute module
• Large deployable solar arrays
• Deployable liquid-radiator thermal management system
• AI-focused compute satellite design ("AI1 satellite")
Elon: "The AI satellite is much simpler than a Starlink satellite. The AI satellite is essentially a lot of solar cells, you still need some laser links, but you don't have all of the super complex antennas that you have on a Starlink satellite. The easier one to design for is the AI satellite. It's bigger. A lot of this is technology we've already made with the Starlink V3 satellites."
