I rarely do this, but prayers out for the Pilot from the American F-15E fighter jet that is still missing in Southern Iran. I pray our military is able to bring him home safely. I pray for some sort of peace for his family, as the search goes on.
Please do not make this a political argument in the replies. I’m simply putting out a prayer for a US soldier missing in a combat zone. I’ve waited to do this, but it’s been all day and it’s scary, and heavily on my mind. Please join me in praying for our country’s best and bravest.

1.5 trillion is incomprehensible amount that is 5 times bigger then the Chinese and 10 times the Russian defence spending.

BREAKING: Trump requests a staggering 1.5 trillion for defence spending for 2027 a 44 percent increase-WP

@RadioFreeTom Ironically, Randy George is the most warrior-oriented GO to lead the Army in a long time. Another great officer tossed on the ash heap of history. Pete Hegseth is such a pitiable character.

Someone needs to tell the American people what's going on in the Pentagon, and it obviously won't be Pete Hegseth, who is at war with America's senior military officers. My latest:

@LucasSa56947288 Should be fired or will be fired? Most probably Kash will be next

@dodge_a_roo @Acyn Everyone's problem was solved by Obama in 2015
English

@Acyn US went after Iran because it was in the interest of its national security but US also showed great leadership in solving everyone’s problem that other allies should have recognised and offered support, if not for direct fighting then, at least, to allow landing and refuelling

Jennings: You have supposed friends of the US saying you can't use these bases.
Phillip:Are they not right to wonder why weren't they consulted before trump decided to wage a war? It sounds like you think it's in their defense.
Jennings: It is in defense of all of Europe
Phillip: Shouldn’t they have been consulted?
Jennings: Consulted? We decided it was in our national security interest.
Phillip: So, that makes it our war.

ZELENSKYY to BBC: We went through difficult relations with Iran. We did nothing to them. They shot down our plane, killed our passengers and crew, didn’t admit it, and didn’t let experts in.
Then the full-scale war started. They handed Shahed drones to Russians to kill our civilians. I asked them to stop. They promised there would be only one batch. They lied and kept supplying weapons.
That’s why I consider them accomplices of Russia.

@ELNVdc @VolodyaTretyak Then US shouldn't have forced Ukraine to give their nukes in promise of "security".
Not that anybody will trust US from now on but...
English

@VolodyaTretyak He's right. Ukraine wasn't our fight and we never should have gotten involved. Russia is no threat to the US.

Wisconsin Supreme Court justices have a profound responsibility: protecting the rights of the people and delivering on the promise of equal justice under the law.
Judge Chris Taylor is the only candidate running for Wisconsin’s Supreme Court with a proven record of delivering on that promise. I hope Wisconsin voters join me in supporting her candidacy for Wisconsin’s highest court.

@superiorbox @Rail_splitter1 Yes actually Hungary was the Austro-Hungarian empire.
English

50% of Hungarians consider Ukraine an enemy. 64% oppose its EU accession. 74% demand no aid. Zelensky is the most hated public figure, ironically with Putin.
Politico presents this as a problem for Ukraine. In fact, it’s Hungary that’s really cooked. politico.eu/article/eu-wan…
English

@Rail_splitter1 May be Hungary suffers from the same phantom imperial pains as Serbia and russia.
English

@Rail_splitter1 It looks strange to me in center of Europe. Even some of Trump supporters have some excuse being completely isolated in deep South or Midwest.
English

@JP03880617 @AnthonyFormic13 @Rail_splitter1 I am an American citizen and not sure what you meant by "you"?
Why do you think US created NATO? To help Western Europe? Even Trump supporters cannot be that naive. LOL
English

@stranger_five @AnthonyFormic13 @Rail_splitter1 You are missing the point. If the US wanted Western Europe, it already had it and relinquished it after WWII. We have done nothing but try to help you rebuild. And now this?
English

@AnthonyFormic13 @Rail_splitter1 Not sure. This was the main reason Trump 1 didn't bring the troops from South Korea back to US. He was told that keeping them in Asia is cheaper for the Pentagon than having them stationed in US.
English

@stranger_five @Rail_splitter1 You’re right, but it’s a one time expense, and a future of savings

@glopezpadro @RasmusJarlov EU thought the peace agreement with Iran (that trump broke) will serve them better.
English

@RasmusJarlov Not attack Iran, defend your Oil needs on Hormuz. If you care for it, we don’t need.
Iran is done and over with…never needed you.
English

If the USA does not intend to honour the obligation to defend NATO because European countries dont join an offensive war of choice against Iran that we have absolutely no obligation to join, the USA membership of NATO is already worthless.
The NATO oath to defend each other is unconditional. If you dont intend to honour it because you are offended about disagreements that have nothing to do with the treaty obligation that you have sworn to uphold, your are not a realiable ally. Tresties with you are worthless and your word means nothing.
Unfortunately, that seems to be the case for the USA.
English

@glopezpadro @RasmusJarlov "to defend" is UNCONDITIONAL.
The same NATO did after September 11
English

@RasmusJarlov There, you said it !!!
UNCONDITIONAL
Yet, they refused to assist the USA with Iran, after it poured billions on Ukraine.
FUCK NATO

Trump stated that he does not respect Putin, calling him a war criminal, and emphasized that a war of aggression in the 21st century is unacceptable.
Trump highlighted that he admires Ukraine’s resistance, Zelensky’s leadership, and the Ukrainian people’s commitment to European values. He said he will continue to support Ukraine in every possible way, reaffirming his belief in democracy, justice, freedom, liberal ideals, and the development of independent institutions.
“We will stand with you for as long as it takes,” the U.S. president stressed.
He also added: “Slava Ukraini!”
