This little café in the south of France is where I build.☕️ No VC meetings. No pitch decks. No hustle porn. Just me, a coffee, and products I'm quietly building. I'm not chasing billions💰 I'm not trying to be the next big thing. I just refuse to spend my life building someone else's dream. Freedom is the only metric that matters to me!

@heyNivesh you’re right. full automation can backfire, causing costly mistakes and driving clients away fast. Users should always stay in control with automation acting as an assistant not a replacement

Thanks! Yeah, this is definitely something I’ve thought about. Right now Hoursmith has the invoice/payment foundation for it, overdue invoices, manual reminders, invoice view tracking, payment status, etc. But I don't want to pretend there’s a full AI collections assistant in there today. Longer term, I think the useful version would be something pretty practical: "this invoice is 7 days overdue, send a polite nudge," then "14 days overdue, follow up a bit more directly," and maybe help draft replies when the client says things like "can you resend the invoice?" or "we'll pay next week." I'd want to be careful with it though. Collections is one of those areas where bad automation can make you look pushy or damage the client relationship. So if I build it, I'd probably make it review-first at the start, suggested follow-ups, tone controls, and clear approval before anything goes out automatically.

@heyNivesh nice idea! have you thought about adding an AI-powered collections assistant that automatically follows up on overdue invoices and handles routine client responses?

@sycode_x Working on Hoursmith in the billing ops corner of automation. It helps hourly freelancers and small agencies track time, invoice from unbilled work, and use API/MCP workflows too. hoursmith.app

@sycode_x building CodeVerdict, the problem is simple, hiring teams waste hours reviewing take home code submissions manually and have no way to detect ai usage or plagiarism. codeverdict.io solves that. still early and would love brutal feedback from anyone here.

@DailyRun49173 sounds interesting 🤔 is the app focused only on running, or does it also include daily routine coaching (like nutrition, food, etc.)?

@sycode_x Building Coachi: an AI running coach for everyday runners. Current focus is making the watch/phone feel less like a dashboard and more like a coach: simple live effort cues, then one practical post-run fix.

Most SaaS founders are building too many features. A better strategy: Build one feature and make it 10x better than competitors. Then let user feedback decide what comes next. I’d argue 80% of SaaS features are built for the founder’s ego, not the user’s needs. Agree or disagree?

We just made Froxi AI completely free.🎉 If you're publishing an app to the App Store or Google Play right now, go try it. No catch. No credit card. Just AI guided publishing that actually works: froxi.ai How long does it stay free? Honestly, we're not sure yet. So now is the time.

Every builder has that one thing that makes them impossible to stop. Not the TAM. Not the funding. Not the roadmap. The why that hits you in the gut when you think about giving up. Mine? Freedom. Building something that’s mine, not someone else’s vision, not someone else’s roadmap. What’s yours? 👇

Two things that shape my builder mindset: Daily habits: 🥩 Eat clean, high-protein meals 🏋️ Hit the gym 4–5x/week 🧠 Think, learn, and constantly brainstorm When an idea sticks: 🔍 First: research the market & feasibility 📊 Define how it could actually reach users (distribution, marketing) 🌐 If it still makes sense → secure the domain (Namecheap) 💻 Then start building Not every project makes it to launch. Some get dropped along the way. But the goal is consistency, learning, and momentum. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. 🚀 What fuels your builder routine?
