@sycode_x Build in public. Share what you're building every day... the wins, the bugs, the late nights. People follow the journey, not the product. Costs nothing except being honest about your process.

Indie hackers already built tools like this. Higgsfield should focus on what people actually know them for: generative AI and UGC ads that scream AI from a mile away. Trying to position themselves just to crush smaller builders who already shipped solid products feels kinda off

Pour moi, ceux qui mettent davantage en avant leur lifestyle que leurs compétences n’ont souvent pas grand-chose à apporter en termes de savoir-faire. Et puis s’ils vivaient réellement le rêve qu’ils vendent, ils ne passeraient pas leur temps à exhiber du matériel pour vendre une formation, ils appliqueraient directement leurs propres conseils et auraient déjà dépassé ce stade😅

Je l'ai dit une fois, et je le re dis : Les gens veulent se faire arnaquer. Il y a beaucoup de gens qui préfèrent aller payer une forma de 1 000 à 3 000€ chez un inconnu qui montre un lifestyle... Que payer un truc à moins de 500€ chez des gens sérieux, qui ont un background. Car malgré ce que beaucoup disent, ils veulent acheter le lifestyle et les résultats plus que la méthode. On peut pas acheter un résultat quand on parle de formation. Par définition une formation c'est pour apprendre. Il faut 2 choses : un bon enseignement et ... Un bon apprentissage. Ce qui veut dire que 50% du boulot minimum doit venir celui qui apprends. Mais beaucoup de gens veulent acheter le résultat. Et donc forcément... Se font avoir.

Gyms should have an app that shows how crowded they are in real time. Sometimes you show up ready to work out and can’t even get on a machine because the place is packed

The past 3 months have been insane for Sendpilot. March: $250K April: $155K May: $98K We sold lifetime deals instead of monthly subscriptions to get capital and users fast. Now it is time to focus 100% on MRR. It’s currently at $5K. Our goal is to hit $25K before July. I think ads will be the main driver. Anyone else running ads?

@ImSpike0 true, but it can also filter out curious users before they even experience the product. the key is whether activation happens before trust is required. it really depends on the product, some apps don’t even need a free plan at launch

A free trial with a required payment method helps qualify users instead of attracting endless free users.

@saen_dev i get so deep into work that I forget everything else, sometimes even eating properly. going to the gym is the easiest way for me to disconnect and stay productive the next day

@sycode_x Gym as a context switch away from code is genuinely one of the most reliable debugging strategies — the bug you've been staring at for two hours usually solves itself on the treadmill because you stop forcing it. The physical routine keeps the mental output consistent too.

Gym after 7pm to clear my mind from code. Back home, dinner, squash a few bugs, sleep. Building both body and software. 💪
