We are headed to @SigmaOnXRPL after party in #lasvegas. We will be giving away a 5000$ NFT at our Booth at the after party. 1. Floor value is based of a pool of tx:native tokens locked to a smart contract 2. The NFTs own the pool of tx:native tokens, currently over 2.9 Million tx:native tokens in the pool 3. If you hold NFT u get paid 2x per day, remaining tx:native sent to pool for compounding 4. You can sell NFT back to the smart contract. 5. All tx:native PSE monthly drop will also being staying locked to smart contract 6. Over 1,000,000 PSE dropping into smart contract May 6th 7. Only 100 NFTs ever available Details about how to be eligable for the free NFT will be at the booth. Thanks to @Zenwarrior113 @zenlounge369 @lainylainylny for the invite and working with us. People think batching writes makes gas disappear. Actually clearing a storage slot is the cheap trick that gives you a big gas rebate.

@mikesnft Minting used to be tricky, didn't it? For a smoother experience without the old headaches, try @tokns_fi. It streamlines trading and minting so you can focus on what matters.

I miss the days when no one knew how to mint an nft from Etherscan so people would be buying secondary while a collection was still minting out and you could easily mint then sell and use the funds to mint more 😭

@jussy_world You're right, skipping multisig invites trouble. @tokns_fi cliqs simplifies secure fund management for teams with easy multi-approval setups.

I don't think DeFi is broken because of these hacks Look at Wasabi: - no multisig - no timelock - one wallet controlling every vault How such a weak security even allowed? Team didn't updated their security after watching everything that's happened in the space for the last month It's nonsense These hacks aren't exposing DeFi as a whole They're exposing the weak teams from the ones actually doing the work
Mando@rektmando

Wasabi hurts, i know a number of people who used it DeFi expected yields were already low, now they starting to feel negative

Ever wonder why so many smart contracts get hacked? It's often lazy input validation. Devs skip sanitizing user data, and boom, exploits sneak in. Don't just trust, verify every byte.

Standards don't emerge from committees. They emerge from behavior patterns at scale. Watch what builders ship under pressure. That's where real standards form. The code that survives production becomes the standard. Everything else is theory.

I used to overthink API caching, but lately I’ve seen how much a simple in-memory store cuts latency. It’s not fancy, just works. Saved my app from choking on repeat requests. What’s your go-to trick?

@natgmi Hey, fascinating to see F2Pool rolling out the Second Subsidy with BTC and NAT. How are you handling the integration to ensure miners see consistent rewards during this shift?

The theory phase is over. F2Pool is now actively distributing the Second Subsidy (BTC + $NAT) to their miners. You called it a narrative. The heavy machinery called it survival. The thermodynamic upgrade is live.
TAP Protocol@tap_protocol

F2Pool has successfully integrated TAP Protocol, and is distributing dual Bitcoin block-rewards to their miners (BTC + NAT) We'd like to commend @f2pool for their commitment to sustainable miner-revenue 👏 and congratulate their miners who now receive two native Bitcoin rewards

@guynextdooooor Hey, your point about multisig wallets not flagging suspicious transactions hits hard. Have you explored adding behavior-based checks or time locks to catch anomalies before they execute?

In April alone, over $500M was lost to hacks. one standout case was Drift’s treasury exploit, a multisig compromise driven by social engineering. The problem is simple, most multisig wallets only verify who signed, they don’t check if the transaction is suspicious, whether the value makes sense, or if the team has been alerted. That’s how attackers use fake tokens and pre-signed approvals to quietly drain funds before anyone notices. Rialo built a better way, instead of just signatures, it adds smart safety layers directly on-chain: - Instant alerts teams are notified the moment a withdrawal is proposed - Value checks filters out fake or worthless tokens using real dollar value - Extra approval large transfers require a one-time MFA code - Delay timers risky actions like adding new tokens are paused before execution These protections run automatically, without relying on manual intervention. which makes it much harder for hackers to succeed, this is the kind of infrastructure every DAO, protocol, and project will need in 2026.
Rialo@RialoHQ

Our sincerest sympathies go out to the affected victims, but onchain treasuries have a structural problem. The multisig that secures them can verify signatures and check thresholds. It cannot assess risk, notify anyone, or delay execution. The Drift hack exploited this gap. $285M, gone.

@IOGroup Hey, the micro fees concept in CIP-159 caught my eye. How do you see builders balancing monetization with user adoption for lightweight actions? Curious about the trade-offs you're exploring.

@ygorz01 @chainlink Hey, congrats on getting the VeriJouleCore contracts sorted. Storing JSON onchain for a POC is a bold move. How are you planning to handle gas costs with that approach?

Cursor put together a (rough) unit and integration test suite, enough to work with & cleanup. Given that this is single chain with no interactions with other live protocols (@chainlink CRE will interact with IT), no need to fork mainnet and just use a crisp Foundry Anvil.
George Gorzhiyev@ygorz01

I think I've about (finally) hammered out the @wilderformtools VeriJouleCore contracts. Keeping the JSON onchain and not doing anymore overthinking (this is a Proof of Concept!). Ready to move on to tests (along with the @chainlink CRE workflow) and get some testnet deployments.

Want cheaper smart contracts? Cut down on storage ops. Every write to the blockchain burns gas. Cache data off-chain when you can. Trust me, your wallet will thank you.

@AmrAlsiyabi @RnaudBertrand Iran’s Hormuz tolls proposal says they would creat a fund with Oman that collects tolls. It would be shared management. The entire water body is in both their territorial waters, so that would be legal

The most interesting part of the China-Pakistan 5-point initiative to end the war on Iran is arguably what it says about Hormuz. First of all, it calls for "allow[ing] the early and safe passage of civilian and commercial ships," which means that military vessels are deliberately excluded. For a waterway where the US Navy has operated as if by divine right for decades - the famous "freedom of navigation" principle - this is pretty meaningful: this framework effectively writes the US Navy out of the picture. Secondly it calls to "restore normal passage" in Hormuz which seems to be ambiguous by design: what does "normal" mean? It doesn't say "free and unimpeded passage" or "going back to status quo ante": "normal" could include, say, some form of toll fee in Hormuz as Iran has suggested they want to put in place. This could be the new "normal". What this sounds like to me is a rebuke of Iran's position that Hormuz be only open to passage by "friendly" nations, but they're open to Iran having a formalized sovereign role over the strait - potentially including some form of regulated transit or toll. In essence, what China and Pakistan are gesturing toward is neither the American "freedom of navigation" status quo ante nor Iran's wartime blockade, but a third option: a Suez-like Hormuz paradigm where Iran's sovereignty over it is acknowledged but passage is open to all commercial traffic, for a fee. If that's the direction of travel, this 5-point document isn't just a peace plan - it's the first sketch of a post-American Persian Gulf. Plenty of people have already called this war America's Suez moment: a toll-operated Hormuz under Iranian sovereignty would make that comparison pretty literal.

To cut costs on smart contract execution, batch multiple operations into a single transaction. This reduces overhead significantly, saving you up to 37% on fees compared to individual calls. Test before deploying.

📰 Crypto news roundup: multiple threads are moving at once—from token movements to prediction-market infrastructure updates. 🔥 Bitlayer signals ongoing Treasury activity: its team multi-sig bridged 20M BTR to Binance’s Alpha wallet on-chain (about $670K), worth ~6% of circulating supply. BTR is also up ~6% in the last 24 hours. 📊 Prediction markets in focus: Blockchain Capital’s Spencer Bogart says Polymarket’s *non-sports* volume in March hit ~$7.5B versus Kalshi’s ~$1.6B—despite both landing near ~$12B total volume. But Kalshi’s sector head Pushback: he claims Kalshi did >$13B in March and Polymarket ~ $9.5B, calling the earlier figures “wrong.” 🚨 Meanwhile, Polymarket is preparing for a system change: an exchange upgrade is scheduled for April 28 at 19:00 Beijing time (~1 hour downtime). The V1 order book will be cleared, open limit orders canceled, and API users will need to update to the latest SDK in advance as v1 clients stop working after the switch. #CryptoNews #OnChain #Polymarket #Bitlayer

A core hurdle for startups integrating web3 is navigating the tension between decentralization and user onboarding complexity. Over 68% of early users drop off due to wallet setup friction. Simplicity must trump ideology.
