My faith in people has dropped significantly. I'm an independent (ex-Rep since Bush II), who follows the Constitution, not the politician.

@SobonBet @tweettruth2me I just recognize how emotional your are, and if this war goes on too long, you'll eventually cry about ending it. Which is why the US has left people hanging since Korea.

Will Durant was raised Roman Catholic, but later rejected his faith and became a philosopher, socialist and atheist. No Christian believer would ever make the claims he made.

On judgment day, God is not going to pat you on the back and say “well done my good and faithful servant” because you supported bombing a school full of little girls and never showed an ounce of remorse for it. So I’m not sure why some of you think we are doing the Lord’s work.

@tweettruth2me Matthew 5:38-39: "You have heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.' But I say to you, Do not resist the one who is evil. Pick up your guns and nukes and make his home a parking lot." I don't think that read right.

“Like, OMG. You’re acting like Bibi Netanyahu was the one that said Jesus Christ has no advantage over Genghis Khan. He was quoting someone else!” 🤦🏻‍♀️ He chose the quote to emphasize his belief that it’s true. The gaslighting is next level.

No, they don't. 🤣 Don't believe me? Example 1 "All federal departments and agencies shall expire if said departments and agencies are not individually reauthorized in stand-alone reauthorization bills every three years by a majority vote of the House of Representatives and the Senate." Levin’s amendment thus changes the constitutional standard for whether an executive agency lawfully exists from whether it carries out an enumerated power of the Constitution to whatever the President wants and Congress agrees to. Example 2 "All Executive Branch regulations exceeding an economic burden of $100 million, as determined jointly by the Government Accountability Office and the Congressional Budget Office, shall be submitted to a permanent Joint Committee of Congress, hereafter the Congressional Delegation Oversight Committee, for review and approval prior to their implementation." Article I, §1, of our Constitution says only Congress may make laws. Section 2 of his amendment legalizes all existing regulations and the rule making process. Levin’s "fix" is merely to form a congressional committee to review certain regulations before they are imposed on the American People. I could go on.... but seriously... you aren't going to listen because you didn't read his book. Even if you did, you have no idea what our Constitution already does.

As for the electoral college, Michael Lester is completely wrong. The Electoral College keeps it equivalent between States because of population. Without it, States with lower populations will have no say in who is President and never see the people running. The President was to represent the States to foreign countries, not the people. The fact the President is so important now shows how bad things have gotten. Don't make it worst.

“In 1943 there was a group called the American Zionist Emergency Commission. In 1962, Robert Kennedy’s DOJ said register as a foreign agent or we’re disbanding you. So the group shut down and rebranded as AIPAC, saying we are no longer representing a country. Then in 2021, they formed a super PAC called the United Democracy Project. Eighty of our congressmen list AIPAC or the United Democracy Project as the largest primary funder of their campaigns.” @MichaelTLester

The war that didn't need to happen? Want to go through the changing reasons put forward so far by this administration? First reason: Iran still has 60% enriched uranium, with a short breakout time (around 2 weeks for weapons-grade material and multiple bombs), despite destroyed facilities post-2025 bombing, and no intel showing they were being rebuilt. Second reason: The President said he was given intel that Iran was about to attack the U.S. first (preemptive self-defense). So, he ordered an attack. Multiple reports note that U.S. intelligence briefings to Congress (from the Pentagon, DNI, etc.) indicated no specific evidence of Iran planning a preemptive strike on U.S. forces or homeland first. Third reason: Rubio and Hegseth stated Iran was developing advanced missiles, drones, and conventional weapons to build a "conventional shield" or "umbrella" for "nuclear blackmail ambitions." Even though, Iran has spent the last 20 years building up a missile stock pile. The above consistently describes shifting or "kaleidoscopic" rationales over time for attacking Iran just in the past week.

I don't care if he was or not. The point is that he was making a comment on war and how to be victorious. But all you freaks can see is a Jew saying it and an atheist writing it. You can't see the forest for the trees. You are so bogged down with your faux beliefs that you wind up doing the opposite of what you claim to believe by being a hater. People are sick of your bullshit.

@SobonBet @tweettruth2me Have you ever read his Liberty Amendments? They codify into the Constitution all the things govt is doing now unconstitutionally. Levin isn't a good person.

Full clip, for those wanting full context. Also for context…when asked about his personal religious beliefs, Will Durant wrote "I am prepared to have you put me down as an atheist, since I have reluctantly abandoned belief in a personal and loving God.”
Chesty@ChestyPullerGst

The full clip, if anyone cares to hear what was actually said. He's quoting Will Durant's "The Lessons of History", which states that history teaches for Good to triumph, it is not enough to simply be moral and just; you must also have the will to fight.

Tucker likes to have friendly conversations with bad people. When he realizes that he’s talking to Iranian intelligence officials that we already collect on, he pretends to be a victim of “spying.” He’s an idiot, and he thinks you’re an idiot too. You always need a warrant to “wire tap” any American citizen. Full stop. But if you’re communicating with a criminal and that criminal’s phone is tapped (because a judge authorized it), then your conversation is now part of that investigation. If the police also want to tap *your* phone, they would need a warrant. FISA is no different. Tucker knows all this but his favorite grift is to play the victim. I’m surprised he hasn’t blamed the Jews yet. Give it time.

@tally_dad @tweettruth2me “But I am loath to leave the word God out of my life and creed," adding that he was "a Christian in the literal and difficult sense of sincerely admiring the personality of Christ and making a persistent effort to behave like a Christian." The rest of his words.

Admiring God and believing in him are two very different things. He said he was an atheist, so why quote an atheist when you are trying to appeal to Christians?
