Another day, another AI tool built 100% in Claude Code. Today: Video Packaging Kit. Paste your video topic. Get 10 scored titles, thumbnail text, a hook, and an SEO description — the whole package that decides if your video gets clicked. One prompt → a working tool + a populated dashboard. No setup, no glue code. Dropping the prompt this week 👀

@TTrimoreau Ask them if they know how to use Claude, most don’t so they need a human to run Claude for them

A creator I follow spent 400 hours on a video. It got 97 views. 🤯 The video was great. The packaging wasn't. And that's the brutal part of YouTube nobody warns you about — your title and thumbnail decide ~90% of whether anyone ever clicks. One creator put it perfectly: "I love making videos... but then comes the moment of making the thumbnail and title and stuff. God do I hate that." So I built a Video Packaging Kit in Claude Code. You paste your video topic and a couple of notes, and it packages the whole thing for you. Here's what you get for every video: → 10 titles, each a different angle, each scored for clicks BEYOND your subs → 3 thumbnail-text options written to pair with the title (no repeats) → a first-10-seconds hook that actually holds attention → an SEO description + tags, front-loaded the right way → a dashboard that hands you the winning combo Built 100% in Claude Code. Want the prompt for free? > Like this post > Comment "PACKAGING" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I've done fractional finance for 70+ startups and one thing always surprises me: the bigger the company gets, the less the problems are about numbers they become about fear, ego, difficult conversations, letting go etc the spreadsheet is rarely the hardest part, the founder usually is.

This kind of DM does very well. People think you need to go super complex with DMs. You don’t. He identified my exact pain point: user feedback, and presented it through an angle that genuinely works for the niche I’m in. And it was super short. Honestly, DM is more about who you target and what you sell. Not writing more.

One thing that still annoys me about even the best AI models and agents: They’ll give an overconfident opinion. Then if you push back even a little, they’ll usually reverse it right away. It makes me feel like they weren’t thinking that hard in the first place. A good human teammate might change their mind too, but they’ll at least explain why or have a more principled approach to their thinking. Maybe there’s a way to fix this with a system prompt?
