Hello @eriyawagona , Yes, this is possible through the UPPC service portal - portal.uppc.go.ug To access the service, one needs to visit the portal, create an account and click the ‘Apply for Ads’ section, under which you will be prompted to choose which Notice you are submitting to be published in the @UgandaGazette. Once done, simply follow the prompts and submit. For any assistance please reach us using our toll-free line, 0800 205 520 or WhatsApp, 0783 914 332.

Instead of us submitting hard copies to be put in the gazette, we just create online account and upload the documents for you to compile and put in the gazette notices as well. Just like how we register.

We are modernizing the @UgandaGazette by making it digitally accessible via portal.uppc.go.ug. This transition ensures businesses and professionals have reliable, real-time access to statutory instruments. To view the e-Gazette, users must register an account on the portal and log in to the e-Resources section. Digital copies are priced at UGX 3,000 each, with annual subscriptions available for UGX 800,000. This shift to digital transparency supports professional compliance by providing a modern and efficient way to track critical legal updates.
