@Hipshot1011 @joelvmoran Really quite simple, Kon isn’t on the level that Cooper is. Cooper leads the Mavs in most of the 5 major categories and has a higher ppg. So kon will finish 2nd. Kon can’t create his own shot and is the 3rd option on his team. Hope this helps.

A couple 3PT stats is the reason why some people think Kon Knueppel should win the R.O.T.Y award… Cooper Flagg has more PPG, RPG, APG, SPG, and BPG. He’s the better scorer, facilitator, and defender. He’s had to create his own opportunities this season unlike some others…

Cooper Flagg has a higher ceiling than Kon Knueppel. Knueppel had an objectively better rookie season. It’s fine to acknowledge both.
