@github If you are getting slop, you aren't bullying the agent enough. The real fix (can be expensive): 1. Dynamic Rules per task. 2. Force the Agent to update .md docs/reports after EVERY code change. It burns tokens like crazy, but it turns "slop" into Production Code.

@github human intent and review are irreplaceable. In practice, we’ve found they scale best when guardrails are executable (tests, linters, type checks) so reviewers spend time on judgment and not obvious failures.
