Merge conflicts in a shared monorepo. Always gets me. I've got a Next.js web app and an Expo mobile app. They share a packages directory. And every time both of them touch the same types package, I still stop and think through it carefully. Even after a year. Most useful thing I learned: treat commits like you're writing for someone debugging at 2am. Because that someone is usually you.
