I think you missed the mark of what I was getting at here. I wasn’t claiming hardware = software in the coding sense. I was pointing out the contradiction in separating them so cleanly. The physical layout of the hardware (transistors here, RAM there) is already doing the programming work, it enforces the logic and states from the start. The reason my post became liked, and trailed up, No tidy seam. When you see life through the “lens” of other people’s work. (Newtonian physics says this-case closed). That is a closed loop thought.
