Is there an HTML design tool that outputs regular ol' HTML and CSS? Both @stitchbygoogle and @figma output HTML with Tailwind classes, but I'm looking for something that gives me just the HTML + CSS primitives.

@mjackson @stitchbygoogle @figma mm @paper doesn't export html / css yet. but it does jsx + inline styles. would that work for you?
