Zach Hillegas told the Estacada School District's school board on Wednesday his daughter recently attended the program. A male student leader referred to as "Pluto" was assigned to a girls' cabin and was present "during an intimate hygiene activity without proper adult supervision," according to the father. The student leader was removed from leading the girls' cabin after female students raised concerns, Hillegas said. "I ask the board to direct the immediate release of the full investigation, timeline and records redacted only as required by law," Hillegas told the board.
