@SP_EnergyPeople can you please advise of your cancellation procedures? Last 6 month service have been appalling. Failed to collect a payment via DD for 6 months, I call monthly to sort, still failing. Account arrears occurring on my account because you can’t sort you sh*t out.

@AffectEnergy Hi, will u support Smart meters in the very near future? Mine were installed with my last supplier as my gas meter is in an awkward place which involves moving a fridge/freezer & looking under a cupboard 2 access the meter. Smart meters make my life easier!
