@VeryHelpers we just had a new bed delivered - we paid an extra £35 to have our old bed removed but the driver had no record of this and refused to take it. How does this work? I've been on hold for half an hour & we have a dismantled bed stuck in our hallway...

@LNRailway Automatic? I received the below email on 30th Nov regarding this same claim, stating a team member was carrying out additional quality checks (lol). Then, predictably, the rejection email today, hoping I'll go away. This happens EVERY time.

@LNRailway Thanks for the quick reply. I've resubmitted this claim, but it keeps happening - valid DR claims rejected for incorrect reasons. I'll be raising a formal complaint as it's wasting customers' time and makes it seem like LNR is intentionally avoiding paying legitimate DR claims 🤔

@LNRailway The 10.47 was advertised as running 9 mins late when I left the house. The 11.12 was advertised as running on time. The 10.47 was then cancelled, and once it reached departure time so was the 11.12. Now you're saying there's no trains at all! The communication is appalling!

They say Halloween is dying. Maybe it’s because nobody wants to answer the door anymore, just leave a bowl out and hope for the best. This girl takes a few pieces, goes back to the car after seeing the camera. Then someone tells her, “Go grab the whole bucket.” She does, and the homeowners come out chasing her down. So who’s really at fault here? The kid… or the people who left a free-for-all on the porch and expected self-restraint? 🤷🏼‍♀️

@LNRailway yet again you’ve denied a valid Delay Repay claim, wrongly saying my smartcard isn’t valid (it contains an active season ticket). After 3 failed attempts to send evidence by email, I finally got through to Customer Relations. Please process my claim + log my complaint.
