The Droplet plan you’re trying to deploy is currently experiencing limited capacity availability in this region. Because of exceptionally high demand for this plan in the region, it has temporarily exceeded the available capacity. This can result in intermittent errors such as “Size is not available in the region”. Capacity for specific Droplet plans is constantly fluctuating as other users create or destroy their resources. Our internal teams are aware of these capacity constraints and we are actively working on improvements, but we’re not able to provide specific timelines for when additional capacity will be available.
In the meantime, since availability for certain plans can oscillate throughout the day, we recommend retrying your create request over time, as often users are eventually able to deploy successfully once capacity becomes available again.
In terms of some other workarounds, you can also make use of nearby regions, and try creating the Droplet in an alternative datacenter location. Additionally, if your use case allows flexibility with specifications, you may also want to consider other Droplet plans that offer comparable performance.
