I have shared enough pictures in this post for you to pass along. Take a look at Chiromo Westlands Road being recarpeted, yet the broken kerbs, poor design and pathetic drainage are still there. It is just a fresh coat of tarmac with the same underlying problems. The other roads, as you know, still carry your signature potholes, and county garbage continues to pile up. Who else has realized the ignorance of the @SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care towards its customers. People are really complaining about the new app they just rolled out I have raised concerns that @SafaricomPLC is promoting this app to maximize on the platforms that use safaricom space to sell their products. You may have realized that the mpesa toolkit is now so slow but using the app to transact is quick and reliable. @SafaricomPLC must address these concerns immediately and formally.
