Instead, Afghan civilians have borne much of the cost, with about 60,000 displaced by the ongoing conflict Why? Because Pakistan still appears to be operating under its old strategic depth delusions

If Pakistan was serious about a war with Taliban, it would target & kill their leaders. Instead it just keeps hitting civilian areas and killing innocent ppl. On the other hand, Taliban promise retaliation but only manage to hit some border posts. Pakistan answer with airstrikes
