20-Year Army Retired Veteran .313/7 Mile RD. #ADOS. I'm a Reparationist. Proud father, uncle, grandfather and son. Be true to yourself.

Also recall that Obama didn’t oppose reparations because he didn’t think he could get it passed. He opposed reparations because he worried about how immigrants & others would feel.

A throwback from January 15, 1982 - Walking out of the White House with James Brown, the Godfather of Soul and a mentor and father figure, after meeting with U.S. President Ronald Reagan and Vice President George H. W. Bush to advocate for a federal holiday honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This was part of a broader push led by Mrs. King, Stevie Wonder, and many others who worked tirelessly to see Dr. King’s birthday recognized nationwide.
