@RexhaRexhaRexha You have some good points for the broader market and people. I was specifically responding to Grahms situation as he stated the hassle wasn’t worth it for a 4-5% cash flow and he could instead go into treasuries which in his situation he should be able to hold for a better market

@RexhaRexhaRexha Unless they have to sell in a bad market for whatever reason or if the world as we know it changes drastically…. We can reasonably assume the value will be higher in the future.
