Day 57: The recent market fear created lots of arbitrage opportunities. Here are three assets you can arbitrage: 1) Buy sUSDe on DEXs -> redeem sUSDe for USDe on Ethena after 24h - 20-30% APR 2) Buy yzUSD (Yuzu's stablecoin) on Kyberswap on Plasma at a $0.989 and wait until it repegs - 1.1% return (yzUSD redemptions will be reactivated later this week but they require KYC) 3) Buy PRIME via Titan Exchange on Solana -> redeem PRIME for wYLDS on Hastra after 24h -> redeem wYLDS for USDC after 2-3 business days for a 0.3-0.4% return PRIME's NAV price is $1.0323 according to Hastra. On Solana DEX aggregators like Titan you can buy it at 1.0279 USDC at the time of writing. The only issue is that sometimes there are withdrawal delays, but as long as there won't be long delays this is a good opportunity. Sky, the sUSDS issuer, has a $54 million backstop capital fund to cover any potential losses and prevent a depeg. And on top of that, it has a great track record as it's been around for many years and it recently became the largest crypto-native stablecoin app. Looping sUSDs has a better risk-reward in my opinion than almost any other yield strategy offering 10%+ APY.
